Is the answer to this question "No"?
Upload some stuff and go to the forums, talk to people and find a club of two to join. Its nice to have random people urging you on. I'm sure there are clubs for tattoo design....I just dont know where yet...but I will look for you if you want.
Oh, and when you get to uploading stuff, the "flash" that you may find, its not tatoo flash....its the web type, computer flash.
One last thing...go to my account and click the Deviant Watch button (in the menu just below my name, far right side). That will add me to your watch list and DA will give you a little note saying when I upload stuff.
